Kiub Mangga Dalam Susu Berkrim

Jika di dapur anda terdapat  buah mangga  dan anda tidak tahu apa yang hendak dibuat dengan buah mangga tersebut, cubalah jadikan ia satu dessert yang enak dengan hanya mencampurkannya dengan  susu cair dan susu pekat. Sejukkan dahulu sebelum di makan atau boleh dibubuh ais!!  Ia  sangat mudah sekali dan hasilnya pasti tidak menggecewakan anda!! Sangat enak sekali!…..

Resepi asalnya dari Divinetaste namun saya ubahsuai sedikit mengikut bahan yang ada di dapur saya!

Resepi Kiub Mangga Dalam Susu Berkrim

Ingredients:

1 ripe mango cubed (preferably alphonso)
½ cup milk or ¼ cup milk+1/4 cup cream
2 tsp sugar or 1tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Method:

Place the cubed mangoes in a bowl. Mix the milk with either the sugar or the sweetened condensed milk, mash a few cubes and mix with the milk to infuse the milk with the mango flavour.  Pour into the bowl. Chill and serve.

You can use chilled milk if you want to eat it instantly.
